Brookside Splash

What an exciting show for everyone at Dreamland Farms! We were lucky enough to come back from Brookside with each of our riders bringing home a big Top 10 ribbon!

Woody Allen and Jody were quite the pair, putting in 2 lovely rounds for the SAHJA Ch/Ad Medal Finals. They finished with an impressive work-off round and won the Championship ribbon!

Lego and Lauren spent the first couple days doing well in the Equitation, Jumpers, and Lego's first hunter derby! The couple then went on to put in some solid rounds and finished in the Top 10 of the SAHJA Ch/Ad Medal Finals!

Callistro and Maureen continue to grow and learn, and they definitely showed us in their derby rounds! They got into the second round and finished with a Top 10 ribbon as well!

Alpenglow helped Brittany with her second show--first one in six months--and she stepped up to the plate and impressed everyone. On day one she qualified for the SAHJA Mini Medal Finals, and on Sunday she took home a Top 10 ribbon!

Feron gave Jody some more exciting moments, primarily winning 5th in a large field of the hunter derby! She was also awarded the highest scoring amateur in the class!

Kistler--offered for sale--came to the horseshow to step around the 2'6" and 2'9" hunter ring. After winning one of his rounds the first day, Lauren stepped into the saddle and won the SAHJA Mini Medal qualifying class without ever having ridden him!

Bounce B--offered for sale--also joined Kistler in the 2'6" and 2'9" hunter ring, but also wound up walking over to the jumper ring and sneaking into a class over there! She won some good ribbons in the hunters, and then headed to jumper land to go up and down the bank and win a ribbon there!

We are so proud of all of our horses and riders, and want to send a big thanks to everyone at the show who made it so much fun! The dinners were great, the people were great, and we had such a great time!!
